Extremely satisfied with friendly service staff! This was my first visit to this dealership. Initially, I stopped by to inquire if an appointment was needed to have the brakes on my 2008 Toyota Tu This was my first visit to this dealership. Initially, I stopped by to inquire if an appointment was needed to have the brakes on my 2008 Toyota Tundra checked. Brake fluid level was at minimum so figured it was good idea to have the brakes examined. Ava Winchester attended to me upon my arrival. She invited me to get my pickup in line for brake service checkup - no appointment needed. As a result, the pickup needed new front brake pads - "yesterday". Ava got everything set up and arranged Miguel to drive me home as I already had a prearranged business engagement that could not be changed. I am so impressed by both Ava's and Miguel's attention to not only the repair service on my pickup that same day but also to my need to return home so I could make my appointment. In addition, I have another pickup at home I intended to drive to this appointment; it had a deflating tire. Miguel loaded up a small compressor and added air into the tires on that vehicle so I could drive it safely. I couldn't find anyone last minute on a Friday evening take me back to the dealership to retrieve my pickup, so Miguel returned to my residence and drove me back to Family Toyota minutes before they closed. I cannot say enough about these fine folks for helping me out in a pinch !!! They took a true interest in my dilemma and made it an experience worth reporting. I rarely take the time to provide a survey for anything. Needless to say, I am completely pleased and satisfied with the service I received at Family Toyota of Burleson. I plan take the Tundra for the necessary maintenance services to keep it on the road. THANK YOU AVA AND MIGUEL!! More

Richard Valdes is the man! My credit isn't the best but Mr Valdes and his team were willing to work with me to get the ride I wanted. Mr valdes was extremely professional and knowledgable when it came to selecting the car of MY choice and not what they wanted me to drive off in. To top it all off he was able to communicate with my partner in Spanish so we both fully understood everything that comes with purchasing a car.
