Outstanding! I found everyone at Family Toyota to be very friendly and helpful. I went in looking for a Forerunner and didn't intend to buy one that day. Because I found everyone at Family Toyota to be very friendly and helpful. I went in looking for a Forerunner and didn't intend to buy one that day. Because I felt they were fair I ended buying one the same day. They let me take the vehicle for a couple hours. I took it to show a family member who is knowledgeable about cars and he was able to determine the number quote was a good one. I wish the whole process could have been shorter but maybe that is just one of those things about buying a car, it is going to take awhile, like flying or having a surgical procedure. Made a 2 hour Saturday trip to come and test drive. Our salesman Skeeter Pooch was very knowledgeable and helpful - he even removed a luggage rack from another Highlander and had it installed on the one we wanted, along with a pair of body side-moldings from their stock at the Arlington dealership! Got exactly what we wanted at a good price - very pleased! More
