Car Buying Made Easy After several stops at other car lots looking for a vehicle, I decided to stop at Family Toyota of Burleson since it was close to home and I have hear After several stops at other car lots looking for a vehicle, I decided to stop at Family Toyota of Burleson since it was close to home and I have heard of the quality of Toyota cars. I was greeted almost immediately by Mitch Pettijohn and was given ver informative information when I would ask about certain cars I was looking at. I had considered a used car at first, or even a newer car, but was unsure of exactly what I was looking for, other than something dependable, with good gas mileage and afford ility. I never felt pressured or coerced into any decision as I did when I was at other car lots throughout the metroplex. The other car lots were a pain and the only thought I had about the other car lots was how soon I could get out of there. I never fel that with Mitch or the people at Family Toyota of Burleson. After a test drive, I was getting very comfortable at their facility. I left that evening with the thought of purchasing a car through them. Unfortunately, I had unexpected expenses come up at my house and I had thought that getting a car, much less a new car was out of my price range after the unexpected problems at home with the plumbing. Mitch contacted me through email to offer his sympathy with my problem and informed me of the Toyotathon and end of year specials they were running. I decided to go back to the lot to see what they had to offer and I am glad that I did. Not only did I leave with a great vehicle, but I left feeling as if I had become a member of their 'family". As corny as that may sound, it is true. The experience was unexpected... in a good way... and the price was in my ballpark. I was introduced to the staff in the service department as well as the finance department and everyone treated me very well. I was... and am very impressed with the facility... with the vehicles... and especially the staff you have working at Family To ta of Burleson. If I ever buy another vehicle, which may be possible in 6 months, I am sure to come back to Family Toyota of Burleson, as well as refer family and friends to them in the future. There are not enough words to say how appreciative I am for their time and attention to the details and to the management of their company. I had not inteneded to write a novel here, but everyone who is considering buying a car from Family Toyota of Bu eson should look no further than this facility and definitely ask for Mitch Pettijohn, although I am pretty sure the rest of their staff has their hearts in the right place as well.
