Chris the service manager contacted early Monday morning and also assured me that everything would be taken care of. Out with the old in with the new We came in to Family Toyota for a oil change on our 2008 Tundra. We were looking around and decided to look into a newer one for us. Clifton started helping us at first but was quickly interrupted when a client came in with an appointment so he went to help the client with the appointment. Then came Mitch. Very helpful. He showed us a few trucks that really weren't what we were looking for and then he asked if we would be interested in new. The first one we looked at is the one that we bought. My wife and I fell in love. We were in a very particular situation with our 2008 and we were at a very high interest rate. Mitch said it was the highest that he has ever heard of. He brought the GM over and talked with us for a little and he said that he would look into our situation personally. He did an excellent job. We took the truck with no hesitation.
