UNEXPECTED BUYER I went into Family Toyota with no intentions of buying as I did not think I could get approved for anything. When entering the facility you are met wi I went into Family Toyota with no intentions of buying as I did not think I could get approved for anything. When entering the facility you are met with a smiling and polite face which in my case was Mr. Bruton. He was able to show me all of my options realistically and was very helpful when it came to finding the car that fit me best. If his personal family touch wasn't good enough the cherry topper was being able to relax in a customer lounge area while waiting on financing. They has comfy chairs to relax in and usually a good sports game on the TV. If that isn't awesome enough they have complimentary cappuccino machines for guest and a movie room. But if you read the other reviews here, like many others would, you'll realize that this dealership changes that. I got to meet Dustin Herndon the General Manager. I got to meet Chris the Service Manager. The employees (Family Members) here make you feel like you just showed up to a Family event for the first time meeting the Family back home. Everyone shakes your hand. They all tell you their names willingly and they all have a sense of humor. I am 64 years old and I don't know why I bought a 2016 Toyota Rav4 but I'm glad I bought it from Dustin, Danny, and Tremaine. These guys will take care of you like you were their mother. I did not hear a single NO from them. Everything was Yes ma'am and Absolutely. They suckered me right into the free ice cream.. I'm embarrassed to say I actually enjoyed two cups of ice cream. Great Job gentleman. You all have my family's and my undivided business for as long as you want it. More

Not your "typical" dealership This was such a pleasant transaction. Much different than Street Volkswagen of Amarillo where we were treated extremely rudely by the sales manager. It was well worth the drive to do business with Mike @ Family Toyota of Burleson. Mike was ready and willing to make a deal with us based on what we were looking for. He was extremely responsive (majority of communication was by email due to my schedule) and got information to me in a very timely manor regarding the vehicle we were interested in. My wife & mother-in-law drove over to pick up the vehicle and couldn't have been more welcomed. In addition to treating us like 'family' we were also offered a fair value on our trade-in.
