Wow!!! There are so many examples I can give as to why this dealership should receive a 5 star rating from us. From the first phone call, I could tell this would not be like other experiences I've had. Sony was very calm, patient, and soft spoken. Made me want to ask more questions and continue the relationship. We went back and forth for about a month and I never felt like he was pestering me. When we arrived, a very nice young lady walked us in to Sony (red carpet service). Sony had the vehicle pulled up and ready for us to test drive. He gave us more info on new cars when we asked. Provided us with numbers for both options and gave us time to talk and think. Faheem came over to answer questions and offered his expertise. We left with a new car (after coming for a used car) and felt great about our purchase. The entire visit duration was about 2.5 hours. 1.5 hour was due to our indecisiveness. I'll definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family. Thank you Sony!!! More

No hassel experience!! Made contact with Our salesman Mike Wassell via the enternet sales about two months before my wife actually went in and bought the car. I knew she was sloooow to act but I didn't think she would be that slow. Anyway I exspected to be constantly hassled by Mike until I got my wife to go in. I was pleasantly suprised to get only TWO text in two months reminding me he was still there when she was ready to buy. I am so glad we have a Toyota dealer in Burleson now with a FANTASIC and no Hassell salesman in Mike "NO HASSELL" Wassell. Oh YES we did buy from Mike and unfortunately I still have not met him personally😩 More

Absolutely Fabulous Service Department Yesterday, I swerved to avoid a car trying to move into my lane and hit the curb with my brand new 2017 Camry. After AAA put the spare on, I went directly to Family Toyota of Burleson. I arrived at 11:15 AM. Ava was due to leave for the day at noon, but she stayed late to make sure my car got the needed service. I was thrilled to find that they had the wheel and tire combination for my Camry in stock. I was in and out in an hour. Ava checked back in with me twice during that hour to let me know where we were in the process. She was friendly, professional and simply fabulous. This was my second encounter with Ava at Family Toyota and both times I received top-drawer service. I stopped by her boss Chris' office to let him know they have a customer for life. I love my Toyota and everyone I've dealt with at Family Toyota has been super friendly. Service and processing have all been pretty quick so I didn't have to spend all day at the dealership.
