Quite "Frank"ly, This Was My Best Car Buying Experience Ever My wife and I stopped by the dealership about an hour before closing one night just to look around. We were looking at 4Runners and had not been able My wife and I stopped by the dealership about an hour before closing one night just to look around. We were looking at 4Runners and had not been able to find one that we liked. We researched Family Toyota on dealerratier.com to get the reviews and in all honestly, we'd hope that we'd be able to look without having to speak to anyone. However, Frank met us as we got out of our car and began to walking over to the 4Runners. I'm glad he did! Frank showed us around and grab the keys to one of the 4Runners so we could test drive it. It really wasn't what we were looking for, but as we're coming back to the dealership, at 5 minutes to closing, I spot a red one on the other side of the lot and Frank says, "Drive on over there." My wife and I tell him that it's okay, as we know that they're about to close and Frank tells us, "It isn't about what time we close, it's about you wanting to look at that 4Runner and it doesn't matter that we're closing." WOW!! Are you kidding me, a car salesman that cares more about others than himself? Quite "Frank"ly, YES!!! Sure, he wants to sell us a car, but he sincerely cares about people and puts his customer's wants and needs above all. I came back in on Saturday to buy that 4Runner after Frank found the exact vehicle we were looking for and had it brought in. Not only was he fast, friendly, and attentive, but also I received my car at my front door THE SAME DAY AS BUYING IT. You hear me.....I live over 3 hours away and they delivered my car to me SAME day. Not saying they can do that for everyone, but they worked hard to get the legwork done and get me my car quickly. And BTW, it is a beautiful certified car and I would gladly drive the 3-4 hours to their dealership to have the kind of experience I had with this transaction.
