Service and transparency Toyota has been there for me since the day I graduated college and needed a set of wheels for a new job. Yesterday I needed them again in a big way and Chris, Dustin and Ronnie went the extra mile helping get me into a better situation. Not only that but they got me into something I really liked that will handle my changing needs. I basically spent my day with these gentlemen learning more and more about how the car buying process should be and what needs to happen before I get into my next vehicle. I walked away, excuse me drove away in a big beautiful truck and a huge smile thanks to the hard work and hours Family Toyota put in. Bart Gillespie is fantastic! Bart was very helpful when I stopped by looking for a newer used SUV. He understood that I was reluctant to go smaller than my 03 Yukon. I test drove it and I realized that I didn't feel unsafe being not so high off the pavement like I thought I would. When we made the decision to buy, the process was quick and easy and we got a great interest rate and maintenance package. We did end of buying a new car. I've had it less than 24 hours now and am loving it! The backup camera is great to have. The audio system is wonderful and I am really enjoying the moon roof, too! I also like seeing what kind of gas mileage I am getting, which is considerably better than my Yukon. Did I mention the color? I don't remember the exact name, but it is a sparkly wine color, which is awesome! More
