Buying a car can be extremely intimidating and I am on high alert, entering a car dealership. Family Toyota sells cars for a living, but without that hard sell feeling. They claim to be a family and its not that bad of a description. I could sense the atmosphere between the staff was friendly and cordial, and that spills over to how they treat customers. I could buy a car anywhere but I see no reason to go elsewhere. Family Toyota is a dealer that doesn't leave you uncomfortable yet are being able to give good offers. I will be back for sure. Kudos to Garrick, our sales guy, who friendly and very calmly served us although we changed our minds a few times and weren't very easy! More

My salesperson, Danny Tran, was so easy I am crazy about the Toyota approach to customer service and Family Toyota of Burleson is a perfect example. He and the rest of the family were attentive and appreciative of our choice to drive 280 miles for great prices and service. 2012 F-150 FX4 I looked at several trucks before buying and Family Toyota was where i found the one i wanted. I live in Alabama and the price on what i was looking f I looked at several trucks before buying and Family Toyota was where i found the one i wanted. I live in Alabama and the price on what i was looking for was still cheaper than i could find anywhere else, after i bought a plane ticket and gas to drive it home. When i arrived the TPMS on one tire was bad and they had it at the dealership getting it fixed and then i had an issue after getting it home and i made a phone call and they had me carry it to a dealer close to home and they paid for it with no problems. I reccomend Family Toyota highly, along with my salesman Emanuel (Manny). This was a five star experience for me! More
