My past experience is the reason I returned to Family Toyota I dealt with Emanuel Jimenez last August 2015 and purchased a new Camry. He was very pleasant, friendly and sooo easy to work with. Since we couldn't all fit in the new Camry, Emanuel came through and saved the day and allowed me to use a nice Caravan. That's what I call excellent service! Buying a car can be extremely intimidating and I am on high alert, entering a car dealership. Family Toyota sells cars for a living, but without that hard sell feeling. They claim to be a family and its not that bad of a description. I could sense the atmosphere between the staff was friendly and cordial, and that spills over to how they treat customers. I could buy a car anywhere but I see no reason to go elsewhere. Family Toyota is a dealer that doesn't leave you uncomfortable yet are being able to give good offers. I will be back for sure. Kudos to Garrick, our sales guy, who friendly and very calmly served us although we changed our minds a few times and weren't very easy! More
