Hometown dealership just around the corner! I have shopped and bought Toyotas in other dealerships in the metroplex and had good experiences there. I was about to head to one of those up there t I have shopped and bought Toyotas in other dealerships in the metroplex and had good experiences there. I was about to head to one of those up there to check out a deal on a 2016 truck and decided to check out Family Toyota in Burleson that was less than 1 mile from our home. I first met the Service Manager and he gave me the "nickel" tour and I saw the First Class Service Department. It was very impressive and the waiting area was like being at home. It was very warm and comfortable with many extras. The sales area with the Hometown Mural was really awesome. Then I met Mitch who was very professional and within a very short time I felt like I had known him for years. We talked about many things had a lot in common, like family and values. I bought a new Toyota Tacoma and I am really glad I stopped to check out the dealership around the corner. It is worth the drive and then some. More

She spent so much time showing me different vehicles and models and never seemed impatient. When it came down to crunching numbers Corey also assisted and he explained in such a great way that made it easy to understand. I was new to leasing and new vehicles so it seemed like a really difficult concept to me, but he made it extremely easy to understand and they both made me feel confident in my decision to lease. The model I wanted was way out of budget, but they helped make it a little bit more possible so that I could get the model I wanted. I was dreading going to finance and signing papers, but Daniel made it so easy and quick. I was amazed! He did a great job getting things done in a timely manner and was really friendly as well. I was dreading getting a new car because my experience at another dealership was so terrible and so long, but this group of people made it so easy and I felt so welcomed. We were even there past closing and I kept apologizing, but they didn't rush me or make it seem like I was an inconvenience. I am definitely going to recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car! My husband and I will definitely be back. More

Quality, Kind Salesman We visited Bart Gillespie at Family Toyota of Burleson and we were totally confused about what car we wanted to see. Bart had a little questionnaire to help us narrow down our options/price range and then calmly and kindly brought up car after car for us to inspect, examine, sit in, and test drive. Never was he pushy, he was only calm and patient with us. He followed up with us several times after our visit to check in and tell us if he had anything new we might be interested in. He was everything a car salesman should be! If you need a car and you want someone who will truly work to earn your business, you should go visit this dealership, specifically ask for Bart. The facility, as a whole, had a kind and inviting atmosphere with lots of little amenities in case you have kids with you (which we did). It was clean and busy but individual attention is clearly a priority at this dealership. More
