Allowed us to take a long drive with the 2014 Highlander Limited and then ask lots of questions. Family Toyota worked with us to get the vehicle within our budget. They also were generous in trade-in value of our 2004 Sequoia with 229,000 miles. I'm sure the Highlander will give us similar service. More

She wasn't a high pressure salesperson, and let us come to the conclusion that we were interested. She took our best offer to one of the asst. managers and he came to further explain how they arrive at pricing on their cars - and what they could do to help us make a sale. He was straightforward and sincere and he was able to put together an offer we were happy to take. From there, things moved very smoothly and quickly. They were efficient and thorough and it was apparent that they were a well oiled machine - we left within an hour after final negotiations. A VERY PLEASANT experience from start to finish. We ended up buying a new car for our son and a new truck for ourselves and through it all Frank was very professional, knowledgeable, and patient with us. This was on the Fourth of July and the dealership had planned on closing at 1:00 pm but ended up staying open until after 5:00 pm to get our deals done. Best car buying experiance EVER!!! I'm not really into doing reviews for places but decided to for Family Toyota. This place is hands down the best dealership I have ever been to. The inside of this place even has a small movie theater. There prices seem to be lower than anybody else from new cars to used cars. They even had a extra key made for my 2014 F150 at no additional cost, those are expensive keys. This will be my dealership of choice and will continue to look here first.
