Upon the death of our old car, the experience was forced upon us again. We chose Family Toyota because the person on the other end of the phone seemed nice and maybe it wouldn't be too bad. We could not imagine what was in store for us this time. EVERY person we dealt with was professional, and eager to work with us. They listened to us and worked with us to help us get the car we wanted. I didn't feel like they were going to strap something on our back just to get us out of there. After leaving, we even called back and asked if we could change our mind and get the newer car with less mileage and they were very accommodating. As a result we kept them there much later than their closing time and still everyone was completely professional and eager to help us. We told them we could come back and pick the car up next week, but they insisted on staying late to get our car that we wanted that day. Russell and Faheem even took the time to walk us through what to expect and make sure we had an understanding of how to get the best from our Prius. Russell called back afterwards to see how things were going. They say they treat you like family, but I say NOT! They treat you much better than family. We are ready to go back and will go back to them the next time we need a car. They are just great! I can't say anything else about them! More
