My car was done in a timely manner and washed (which was a big plus, since I just drove in from out of state). I must add that Ava was feeling a bit under the weather, but she didn't let that slow her down. I will also point out, in the time I was there, Ava was the only person that spoke to me. She took the time to make sure all was good and she was very friendly to me. I hope the rest of the "team" could learn how to be friendly from Ava. She made the difference in my visit. True to their their word...priceless! After driving my much-loved Highlander for 13 years, my husband and I had been looking in Oklahoma City, in Lawton and online for another Highlander. After driving my much-loved Highlander for 13 years, my husband and I had been looking in Oklahoma City, in Lawton and online for another Highlander. Looking within a 200 mile radius from home and thinking the metropolitan suburb dealers might have very competitive prices, my husband called FToB and spoke with Josh. Josh really listened to what we were looking for and his repeated response was "I think we can handle that." And he did just that. Josh offered the best trade-in price for my 2003 and the best price for the vehicle we wanted. At the dealership, we found no rude surprises with costs, my Highlander was lovingly parked inside(!) and it had everything we'd asked for. He patiently did a tutorial with us in the vehicle and assured me he would continue to be available if I need help or had questions. Josh was down-to-earth, genuinely pleasant to deal with and it was clear he wanted us to be happy not just with the Highlander, but with the entire FToB experience. I had intended on purchasing a pre-owned car but after test driving several and running numbers, they were still at the high end of my budget. My brother and I began looking at the 2016 selection and we found a car that I loved, well within my budget. Sony was a great person to work with, I told him what I could put down and what I wanted to pay monthly. The team was not pushy and respectful of my financials. I did not think I would go home that evening with a car, but after a couple of hours I was the proud owner of the first vehicle I had purchased on my own. Sony has checked up on me every few days to make sure I am not having any issues. I am glad that everything worked out so well! More
