Used Mazda CX-7 We went in to this dealership to look at a used Mazda CX-7. The first thing we noticed was that we were not set upon by a bunch of ravenous wolves! O We went in to this dealership to look at a used Mazda CX-7. The first thing we noticed was that we were not set upon by a bunch of ravenous wolves! Other places we had been to that day had people waiting outside to race to your car as you were getting out of it. Anyway, they were very polite, helpful and kind. They answered all our questions, gave us a complete CarFax of the vehicle, and made us feel comfortable with the whole transaction. Our salesman was Jeff Raim. He was extremely kind and easy to talk with. Made us feel like friends and not just a quick buck. He patiently took our offers to the manager and came back with answers. I would LOVE to buy all our vehicles from him! Once the deal was complete, we were sent to Faheem Darville to do our legal paperwork. Oh my goodness! He was so personable and made the process quick and easy! I felt that he was thorough but it went so fast! He welcomed us to the family of Family Toyota of Burleson and we really felt valued as customers and treated like real people. There was none of that at Family Toyota of Burleson, where I was out the door in about two-and-a-half hours. It probably could have been even quicker, but Michael graciously spent the last 30 minutes patiently explaining all the fancy new tech in the car I bought, even after the sale was "over." Faheem in Finance was also excellent to work with. I had come in with pre-approved financing through my bank, but he was able to find a program through Toyota that shaved another percentage point off of my interest rate. More
