Bruce Magallan was very responsive with email and text communications, including sending detailed pictures of the vehicle and assisted me in finalizing the sale and picking up the vehicle. The following week, they had the car ready (just as it was advertised), I signed papers in about an hour and I left. They answered questions about the vehicle after I left. Since I was driving 3 1/2 hours to pick up the car, they were very aware and courteous of with my time constraints and did not cause me undue delay in acquiring the vehicle and leaving. More

Ronnie took me for a test drive and helped me to determine what my options were before I even committed to purchasing THAT car. In the long run, my daughter needed a more rugged vehicle for her work and I didn't purchase the corolla. However, Ronnie as a salesman and the Toyota would have won me as a driver hands down. Excellent experience overall!!! I gave a 5 star rating because from the very beginning when we met Carlos, he was extraordinarily courteous. He made us feel right at home. He helped us get the best deal for the car and did not push us to make the decision right then. We did not haggle over the price hardly at all, and Carlos was gracious enough to throw in a few extras on our car, such as the 4 year 55000 mile warranty on it. He got us exactly what we asked for and took the time to listen to what we wanted. I told Carlos that we will be in the market next year for another new car and we will be coming back to Family Toyota of Burleson. When we sat down with Nick, to finance the car, he was extremely helpful in answering all of our questions and explaining the contract and who we would be sending our payments to. We briefly got to meet Derrick Mickens, and he was also extremely polite and professional. We enjoyed the process and are so very excited to have this car. It was my first time buying a brand new car and I can say that this process will make me come back to this dealer to purchase the next one.
