Well my experience at Family Toyota has changed my opinion of the car buying experience and it is not just because of the $$ I saved. Let me point out a few things that I believe makes Family Toyota a step above the rest. 1. All Employees seem truly happy to be there. - Everyone offered me a friendly greeting. (not a fake greeting) 2. The dealership is very clean, comfortable, and inviting. They have a customer lounge and a theater room for kids. 3. Our salesperson, BRUCE MAGALLAN, is one of the most knowledgeable attentive sales people that I have ever met. He took the time to show me every detail and made available every option and had me test drive everything just to make sure of the model of the Toyota that I wanted. The most distinguished thing was how he didn't seem put out at all. He actually WANTED to do it. He also is very approachable and my husband and I felt like we have we have known him forever after just spending a few hours with him. 4. They remember their Customers names past and present and can speak of every single experience. 5. The "negotiators" are right up front where you can see them, not in the back in some dungeon where they take you for torture. They don't offer you or try and upsell you on random warranties. 6. I can get a car wash and a tire rotation on the way to HEB. CONVENIENT. 7. My kids liked the experience and didn't complain. - Final test passed. More

Great Experience We went in to look for a small commuter car that was good on gas. Sony showed us multiple cars that were in the price range we wanted. He was very attentive and didn't try to push like some salesman do. The whole process was painless and was a much better experience than we have ever had at a dealership. The next day we came in and signed paperwork and got out of there extremely fast. They offered popcorn, ice cream, water and coffee. The whole thing was such a pleasant experience. Will definitely go there again! More

He did a awesome job making sure all of our needs were met. Very respectably. He didn't bug us or pester us into a situation we didn't want. He really took the time to listen to our needs and got us exactly what we wanted. Carlos is the BEST!! The others sales managers and salesmen were very polite as well Bart is a nice guy and Michael Mosesley. also. Both came by to check on us whenever Carlos was away working his magic. He is very totally professional and took care of everything I had requested. Family Toyota is truly family like place with such good comradarie. I highly recommend this place to people even in Dallas area (is where I live). I was offered pick up service, had a good ride with another sales executive. Great going team!!! More
