Outstanding Service!! 5 Stars!!! I approached the General Manager with a complaint. He immediately sat down with me to listen to my concerns. After we spoke he put me in 5 Stars!!! All via text I loathe the hassle and games of buying a vehicle in a dealership. Bruce contacted me after I submitted my info through my lender, USAA. we texted at my convenience and the process went smoothly, no hassles, no wasted hours inside a dealership. Purchased my Tacoma and Bruce drove it the 100 miles to my house as I wasn't able to get there to pick it up as I am alone. More dealerships should embrace this type of sale and more customers would be satisfied. This is my 3rd Tacoma in 20 years, first new in 14 years. I purchased the others the same way. Bruce exceeded the previous salesman. Definitely recommend this dealership and Bruce for customers such as myself who are far too busy not want to deal with the games and drama of visiting a dealership. More
