This person took matters into his own hands…literally. A few minutes and a few nuts bolts and screws later I was on my way. Problem solved, happy customer. All via text I loathe the hassle and games of buying a vehicle in a dealership. Bruce contacted me after I submitted my info through my lender, USAA. we texted at my convenience and the process went smoothly, no hassles, no wasted hours inside a dealership. Purchased my Tacoma and Bruce drove it the 100 miles to my house as I wasn't able to get there to pick it up as I am alone. More dealerships should embrace this type of sale and more customers would be satisfied. This is my 3rd Tacoma in 20 years, first new in 14 years. I purchased the others the same way. Bruce exceeded the previous salesman.
