I came in to the dealership to look at a certain truck I had seen previously on the website and did not have the intention of buying that day. However, everything was handled very professionally, without pressure, and the truck was just what I was looking for. Before I left my first service visit was already scheduled. I looked at new 4Runners at 4 dealerships and was surprised that 3 of the 4 still used the same frustrating tactics that we all hate so much.
