I've purchased a total of 4 vehicles in my life and this was BY FAR the best experience and deal I've ever received. When I was active duty in the military I purchased my Tundra in Virginia using USAA's auto buying service, on a scale of one to ten (10 being OUTSTANDING) that experience was about a 7. But, this recent experience with Emanuel (Manny) and Family Toyota was amazing!!! A freaking 10 all the way. I found the vehicle I wanted, print out the USAA/TrueCar price and emailed them. Emailed my specs, test drove a vehicle and less than 5 days later the EXACT model and color I want was ready for pick up. These guys honored the price and met every request. The 4Runner I purchased was actually a surprise birthday gift for my wife - our family is growing and we finally had to get rid of her Corolla. Manny went above and beyond the call of duty to help me pull off this surprise with. My wife's birthday was a day away and at the last minute she wanted to do something unexpected to celebrate which jacked up my plans for the surprise. With less than 2 hours notice Manny was able to rearrange his schedule, devise a plan to accommodate the surprise and we pulled it off at the dealership! Manny had the 4Runner waiting for us with a big red bow on top! It was awesome! The General Manager, Daryl in financing and even the owner came by to say congrats. FIRST CLASS ALL THE WAY.
