Won't go anywhere else. We originally went in to look for a truck for our daughter, because hers was about on its last leg. We looked at the basic Tacoma, they let us take it to my daughters work to see if she would like something like that, because she was dead set on getting a Chevy or GMC product. We left the dealership and waited until our daughter got off work to go with us to look. Before she was off of work Ronnie had called us to say they had just got in a GMC Sierra, very nice truck. We had Ronnie bring up the GMC up so our daughter could look at it. She decided she wanted to look at the Toyota Tundra. So Ronnie found her one in her price range. They had all the paperwork done on the basic Toyota Tacoma we had originally showed our daughter, because I decided I loved that truck and wanted it. Because of the price on the Tundra the daughter liked we decided to go to the next package up on the Tacoma. They redid all the paperwork for the Tacoma. They were so friendly and patient with our indecisiveness. It was not what they wanted to sell us, they listened to us and what we wanted and what we were looking for. They gave us a good price on the trade in, my husband was getting mad at me because he thought I was nit picking on the financing with Derrick. Derrick understood what I was asking. Nick didn't slip something in on the financing either, like some dealerships will do, I have had that experience before, he explained our options on additional coverage on the trucks and let it be our decision. I just can't say enough about the whole experience. They really made us feel like we were part of the family. More

The time I was there it felt like I was at home, very relax and clean atmosphere. Manager and finance guys was very friendly. I highly recommend for anybody that doesn't want to spend all day at the dealership to go there. Overall everybody there got me in and out quick, while still maintain excellent customer service. I had met Bart Gillespie a week before while narrowing down my choices, and explained I was just looking. He gave me a tour, we talked about the cars, and he never once pressured me to test drive or tried to move up my time table. When we returned to the dealership, we had done our research, and had been contacted by Derrick Mickens with a price on the vehicle we were interested in. I asked for Bart, indicated I was interested in a new Corolla S Plus, and that I had been quoted a price. Bart and Derrick were both incredible to work with. They honored the price given, gave me a fair deal on my trade, and sped up financing with Nick so I could make work in the afternoon and leave with my new car. I enjoyed working with all 3 gentleman, and have already recommended Toyota of Burleson to a friend. More

Unexpected and refreshing experience purchasing new car Having Collin as our salesperson made our whole experience pleasant. My wife had seen a car she was interested in on their website so I went the Frida Having Collin as our salesperson made our whole experience pleasant. My wife had seen a car she was interested in on their website so I went the Friday before Christmas to check it out. He suggested that I take the car home so I could show it to my wife and I did. Later that evening we both returned so my wife could get answers to the questions she had. We found out that Collin is not a "salesperson" by trade, but a mechanic, working in sales. This was quite nice as he would answer questions about the vehicle as a mechanic, not as a salesperson. We received a very good deal and Collin even helped my wife set up the new car and transferred the toll tag window sticker from the old car to the new. Overall we were very pleased with the whole experience at Family Toyota. More
