I landed in a brand new 2015 Tundra...the exact one with the exact features that I wanted. I was not pressured into things I didn't need. They ordered my truck (it was a rare color combo) and had it detailed and waiting on me for pickup with just a few days. All in all, I give the dealership and the staff a solid 10 of 10 stars!! How often do you get to meet the owner? How often can you sit in a on-site movie theater and eat popcorn while you are waiting oil changes, etc?? Their facility is state of the art and beautiful!! Do yourself a favor and pick Family Toyota of Burleson FIRST before you look elsewhere. I had a really bad experience at a competing Fort Worth Toyota dealership. They are super friendly and got me out of a 2012 with high mileage with a 18.9% interest to a new 2015 with a 13% interest for $14 more, and unlike any other dealer they worked with me on my down payment with really bad credit. They put in alot of work to get me in my new vehicle and made me feel liked i knew them forever.
