Bought out our lease We were instructed by Toyota to go to our closest dealer to handle the end of our leasing of our 2012 Toyota Camry SE. We asked Rich for information about our options, turn in our vehicle, lease another, or purchase the one we were leasing. Rich was helpful, but it took a very very long time to get this done. The longest wait was after we made our decision, waiting on Omar the financial guy. We had asked Rich a very questions we were concerned about and he said they would be answered by Omar. When we finally got back there, he had all the paperwork already filled out and none of our questions were addressed. He got his director (don't remember his name) and instead of explaining all the unexpected costs, he wanted to argue and just get us done and out of there. He made us feel like we were an inconvenience and insulted we had questions. He did end up waving the inventory cost (car was never on the lot), and inspection cost (just had it done in January). I also had 2 recalls done, and service was good. Since you recently opened, I recommended in hopes these things will improve. More

Every member of the staff was friendly and inviting so I felt completely comfortable by the time I got there, and speaking of comfort, the dealership itself was amazing! Once I was in I took a test drive, talked numbers, and drove home in my new truck all in just a couple of hours. My previous experiences had me at a dealership for several hours of frustration before I could leave feeling dissatisfied after being shuffled around from office to office. Family Toyota of Burleson is the way to go. I absolutely love my new truck, and I would definitely buy from this dealership again. More
