I was so happy that I bought 2 vehicles from Family Toyota.  I got to meet all the staff, including the owner,  Skip, who was very down to earth and welcoming.  I worked with Vu, worked one deal and he was so easy to work with,  got me exactly what I needed.  My other deal was with Manny, who was equally friendly and gave me another great deal.  Christina Mickens is who I met in the end and she was friendly and welcoming.  Derrick Mickens was very accommodating every time I've come in.  I met all the mechanic staff and they were friendly. Wonderful experience! More

Rudy Ceniceros is the sales representative and Dustin Herndon was the Sales Manager that I dealt with and they are both top notch in what they do. I have bought 7 vehicles from these two individuals in the last 5 years and am very happy with their expertise and service. Since Family Toyota of Burleson opened up and these two gents are now assisting customers there, I will take my business to Family Toyota even though it is a bit further to drive. The dealership is very nice and has a friendly and helpful staff. When you walk in you feel right at home. Five Stars for this top notch establishment!!! More

I purchased a 2015 Toyota RAV4 limited on New Years Eve. I traded in a vehicle as well and got a fair trade in value. My salesman, Chris, was excellent and went above and beyond for me. He was friendly, honest, and very personable. Negotiated me into a deal where I felt comfortable and well informed. As a salesman he was not pushy but appeared very interested in selling me the vehicle. I feel like he is an example of what people want in a salesman when they are interested in buying a car. Niki was my financial contact and was very caring and walked me through the process in an easy to understand way. She explained everything thoroughly so that I understood, and worked with me to get a great interest rate. The overall look of the dealership is welcoming and has a nice hometown feel. I appreciated the Burleson painting and liked that I could recognize the buildings portrayed. Overall everyone I spoke with was very friendly and welcoming. I am very excited to have purchased from this dealership for its convenience (being in the city I live) and because of the employees. I did come back once to resign some paperwork and drop off a spare key for my traded in vehicle, everyone as just as friendly as before, I appreciate the follow up calls and e-mails. You can tell this dealership and its employees want to make you feel welcomed, and they do. More
