You have to work with Sierra! She was the most respectful, coolest, no-xx salesperson I have ever worked with in my 15 years of buying cars. From the moment we did the Facetime to see the car, she was able to answer every single one of my questions and said for an eleven-year old Tundra, this was one of the cleanest ones she had ever seen. We negotiated the offer, and since I was an out-of-state buyer, she promised it would be the easiest purchase I ever completed. I bought my plane ticket. She scheduled me a LX Uber from the airport and ensured I had snacks and water upon arriving at the dealership. The process was easy, and the people were beautiful and fantastic. From Sierra to the business managers to the titling clerk, it was the easiest vehicle purchase I have ever had in my life.
