Very nice, quick, efficient, and off to work I went. I needed some recalls taken care of and Ava Winchester knew pretty much what was wrong with my pickup by my description. Customer Service Ava Winchester welcomed me into Toyota of Burlsedon with a friendly smile and a hello. She was prompt and courteous, finding out how she could help me. I was there for preventive maintenance in my Corolla. She said no problem and showed me to the waiting room. My car was done in a timely manner and washed (which was a big plus, since I just drove in from out of state). I must add that Ava was feeling a bit under the weather, but she didn't let that slow her down. I will also point out, in the time I was there, Ava was the only person that spoke to me. She took the time to make sure all was good and she was very friendly to me. I hope the rest of the "team" could learn how to be friendly from Ava. She made the difference in my visit. The dealership is easy to get to and one of the pluses for me is that there is a walking trail right there at the dealership and if you don't want to get out and walk they have the coffee and snacks while you wait.
