Outstanding Service!! 5 Stars!!! I approached the General Manager with a complaint. He immediately sat down with me to listen to my concerns. After we spoke he put me in 5 Stars!!! I approached the General Manager with a complaint. He immediately sat down with me to listen to my concerns. After we spoke he put me in touch with one of his Managers. This person took matters into his own hands…literally. A few minutes and a few nuts bolts and screws later I was on my way. Problem solved, happy customer. They DID NOT charge us labor--instead explained a feature we simply didn't know about in our console controls. We, indeed, felt like family--and brought them doughnuts the next day! More
