Our visit attempt to make an appointment was not done correctly and we were told a date but there was no appointment. We made a second appointment. The work was done but we were waiting for a warrant correctly and we were told a date but there was no appointment. We made a second appointment. Our advisor was out ill the second day and we had no response until 5pm that evening from the manager saying it was OK to pick up the car. In truth the warranty payment was not verified until the 3rd day when our advisor was back in the office. Have someone take over your cases if you are ill. The manager should be responsible! More

The work is just fine. Communication is not. Trying to speak to a human is impossible. And if your original service advisor is off the next day, perhaps someone else should Communication is not.
