Ridiculous I will never do business with this dealership again... I bought a car there last year and got a letter from the bank saying that I needed to contact m I will never do business with this dealership again... I have, for months, called to get more information about this and honestly it seems as if they just want to keep the funds. I have called, left messages, and spoke to several people about this and cannot get a solution. The guy I spoke to, Randall, was short with me and getting annoyed with my questions but he should understand that I'm simply trying to get an answer. I don't understand what "she has pulled my file" means...I called for the owner "Jason" and got a call back for the same guy who was rude so I'm assuming the "dealer foooooor the people" doesn't care about the people. Mr. Farris called and got someone to take a chance on us. They got our payment where we needed it. I honestly didn't think it would happen. it took a while, but we drove off with a brand new 2016 Jeep Patriot. It's our first ever New vehicle, the last car we bought a year and a half ago was a used one from another car place we got screwed over which is why we needed something else. More

Unprofessional Business Practice! After viewing a car on Autotrader, I contacted the dealership. I was told that they would hold the car until I could get there because I live over two After viewing a car on Autotrader, I contacted the dealership. I was told that they would hold the car until I could get there because I live over two hours away. The salesman took down my name, number, and time I would be arriving in order to be sure she would be ready for me. After traveling for two hours, I am led out to the lot and they can't find the car. The salesman I had previously talked to had left for the day! After awhile, they discover that it had been sold an hour ago! They had taken my name and number so they didn't even bother to call me and save me my time and gas while on the way! This is not to mention the fact that I was lied to and misled that the car was being held until I could get there. This is ridiculous and very poor business! They did offer to fill my car up before leaving...really?! Ten dollars for over four hours of my time after you lied. They had an identical car to the one I had called about(just a different color) but wanted $1,000 more for it. I believe that the dealership tries to get you there to try to make a sale by any misleading tactic possible. Very disappointed and will not recommend this dealer to anyone. More

My boyfriend and I were there March 10 and our salesman Josey was very honest and upfront about the options in our budget and sat down with us and broke down our credit report. He didn't try to sell us something that was out of our range and was very helpful. Everyone was very friendly and easy to talk to from our salesman Josey to the finance staff. Even when the chances were slim of me getting the car I truly wanted Farris made it happen and I drove off the lot in my dream car, a 2014 Hyundai Elantra. Thank you Farris!! More

Wonderful experience! I purchased a used vehicle at Farris motor company yesterday to have as an extra vehicle at the house to save miles on my other vehicles. The staff at the dealer was wonderful right from the start and continued from there. My experience was very personably and low pressure and every question I had was answered promptly and precisely. The wonderful service continued to sales mangers and the finance department where I was taken care of quickly even though I was paying cash which finance people usually don't like cause it is not helping them any. It did not matter at this dealership you are taken care of the same either way with great service and a friendly face. I had a great experience and I will be a return customer in the future. I would also recommend this dealer to anybody I know. More
