No service after the sale Awful despicable people. Sold us a lemon knowing it was a lemon. Told us it was our problem after the fact. They knew we had a bad Ford Focus with all Awful despicable people. Sold us a lemon knowing it was a lemon. Told us it was our problem after the fact. They knew we had a bad Ford Focus with all the recall problems and sold us an FJ cruiser with a leaking windshield and a bad wheel hub bearing. We contacted them the next business day considering they claimed they did a 100 point inspection they wasted our time having us bring the vehicle back so they could repair it (1,000 mile round trip) and then said not our problem. They are the definition of "used car salesman". Will not stand behind their product. After paying out the rear for the repairs ourself to get our "new" car drivable and safe the repairing mechanic said any idiot that inspected it would have known about those issues and several others. We were sold a lemon at 1,000 over high retail. Hope they sleep well since this incident ruined our children's Christmas. NEVER BUY FROM THEM!!! TELL ALL OF YOUR FRIENDS!!!!!! More

Would not stand behind their product after the sale. Went to them in a need for a newer car due to the fact that our existing vehicle was dying and we we're putting too much money into it to keep it goin Went to them in a need for a newer car due to the fact that our existing vehicle was dying and we we're putting too much money into it to keep it going even though it was a newer car. We told them the situation that we were in with our current car and said we needed something reliable. So after shopping for one in particular we noticed a noise and I asked what it was and they thought it might be a tire rubbing noise or whatever. We purchased the vehicle and started to head home and noticed that the noise got worse. The next day after it had rained we noticed it was leaking through the front trim around the glass. This was over the weekend after we bought it. So as soon as Monday came we called them first thing that morning. They said to bring it in and they would check these issues out. I was working out of town in Mississippi about 500 miles away. I made a 1000 mile round trip just to find out after all of that they would not do anything about the noise which ended up being a front wheel hub bearing and the front window ended up being a trim piece that was installed wrong. They said that the bearing should survive, well my wife had to go and pick it up due to the fact they said that it could not stay on their property. She drove it 50 miles back home and in they time the bearing overheated and started to freeze up which scared her to death. We took it to another mechanic and had the bearing replaced and we told them all that had happened and they could not believe that a more known dealer would due that and most of these mechanics used to work for big dealers in the area. The mechanics at the place where we had it replaced went through the vehicle and asked who went through it during their inspection cause anybody that knows anything would have caught theses issues and a couple of others that they noticed. Long story short do not go here if you want service after the sale. They basically said not their problem. We brought these issues up to the dealer the very next business day. More
