They actually helped us get what we wanted, they listened to our needs and wants and worked very hard to ensure that what we looked at is something that we actually wanted. They were not pushy at all. I am so happy with our purchase and the experience we received. They did not treat me the way every other dealership has. I hate the games they play and the pressure they put on to make a sale at most dealerships. It wasn't like that at all with Brian Andresen! He was patient with me and helped to work through all my questions. At no time did I feel like I was buying the car for anyone but myself. Kind, friendly, and fantastic customer service!
