Best dealership I've dealt with. My experience with this dealership was excellent. I by no means have good credit and was just looking for a used vehicle I have been to buy here pay h My experience with this dealership was excellent. I by no means have good credit and was just looking for a used vehicle I have been to buy here pay here lots from Knoxville, Morristown and in between. I filled out the credit app online and they called the next morning and I went in. I figured a used car but never expected to drive away in a 2016 dart with a payment around $100 more a month than a 2003-2005 model car at the buy here pay here lots with actually less money down. Desham Walker was our sales rep he was easy to deal with and joke and talk with like family. He went out of his way and back and forth with management to get us what we wanted for the payment we could afford. Jason Farris stopped and introduced himself and shook our hands and you don't see too many owners get on a personal level with customers. After the deal was struck we dealt with Jamie in finance he was a pleasure to deal with also and easy to talk with. Boils down to as soon as I get the car paid off I'll be going back to get a truck. It asks below if I researched any of certain items.I did not research any of the products because I wasn't expecting a new vehicle but they did go over all that with me. More
