state insp ~ routine maintenance Everything was ~ I guess. We took car in at about 0800 and it wasn't ready until after 1500. Totally unexpected I only stopped here because we happened to be driving by the dealership and I saw a car in the lot that looked interesting. Truck Tailgate Damage I bought a Chevy 3500 HD High Country from this dealership. A mishap with a 5th wheel hitch caused some damage to my tailgate. This happened within ab I bought a Chevy 3500 HD High Country from this dealership. A mishap with a 5th wheel hitch caused some damage to my tailgate. This happened within about two weeks of purchasing the vehicle. Faulkner's body shop quickly scheduled me to bring the vehicle in. Within a week it was repaired as perfectly as it was when it was new. In addition to the great service they covered the deductible on my insurance themselves. The repair did not cost me a dime. I cannot give them enough praise. You can bet I will use them for all of my future service for all of my vehicles. More

I have been going to Faulkner's service for years and thought I would stop in and see what they had. Perry Bonifazi was recommended by a friend and what a great guy. Perry described a new GM incentive program that just came out on the new Sierra Denali trucks they had in stock. It worked out to be a great deal so I bought a new Denali instead of a used one. All around, Faulkner GMC of West Chester was a great buying experience. More
