Horrible experience, first the wrong parts were replaced, engine wire harness was not secured and in danger of rubbing against the pulleys. They resolved the issue and now my skid plate is missing with strip engine wire harness was not secured and in danger of rubbing against the pulleys. They resolved the issue and now my skid plate is missing with stripped threads in the frame, and the oil level sensor was not plugged in. Also the trans fluid was not topped off after line replacement, and the left front ball joint but was not completely tight. More

The service department at Faulkner is very knowledgeable and we trust their recommendations. There was an issue with the auto start/stop that was resolved that we didn’t inform them about.
