Fantastic Dealership, flew in from Charlotte to pick up our new car and everyone was amazing. If I ever bought another Buick it would be come from Faulkner, even if I had to spend 500 for a flight. Service is good but they were unable to fix my issue with Bluetooth and intranet problems. Apparently this has been a frequent issue recently. Very disappointed. My experience was not a good one! Since the purchase I've been bringing my car there to get serviced. I had an issue with a whistling noise; was told it was the breaks (paid to have t Since the purchase I've been bringing my car there to get serviced. I had an issue with a whistling noise; was told it was the breaks (paid to have that serviced), had my oil changed (I also paid for 6 oil changes) engine went, was told it was oil and antifreeze mixed together by two different mechanics, had it towed there I was given another reason and was also told Faulkner doesn't have the tool to read what's wrong with my car (once the engine went).
