Luis is very courteous and helpful. My issue is that I was told that in order to pass inspection I needed some lights replaced. I left the truck there all day to get it fixed. I paid for it and then on the way home we find that the lights I paid for, don't even work. I just don't understand how the truck would've been there all day and no one checked to make sure that the lights were actually fixed. Now I have to spend time to come back into the dealership for another appointment, and a huge waste of time to get this simple thing fixed. It is really time consuming for some thing that is so minor and could've been avoided Had someone checked to make sure it was done correctly. More

Leslie did research on my car to figure out the chip that was missing from when we bought it, which the person on the phone could not find. She also organized to have it fitted while I was there having my oi was missing from when we bought it, which the person on the phone could not find.
