Love, Love LOVE this dealership! !! Had a minor accident..used Faulkner body shop thru my insurance. So Glad we bought a Certified Buick --- Everything was covered!! On top of that !! Had a minor accident..used Faulkner body shop thru my insurance. So Glad we bought a Certified Buick --- Everything was covered!! Brought in for inspection and fix fan. Felt like held hostage to incredible expensive prices. $65 for plate light bulb, $85 for wipers and $1300 for thermostat and flush. Got charged $178 Felt like held hostage to incredible expensive prices. $65 for plate light bulb, $85 for wipers and $1300 for thermostat and flush. Got charged $178 for diagnostic and went somewhere else and fixed for $5 bulb .$30 wipers and $530 thermostat and flush. Won’t be back More
