Service has always been an issue, they have no place to park when you drop off and my vehicle had been damaged. When I purchased the new vehicle, the process took hours. A month ago I spent a lot of money buying a used Ram truck with 19K miles, now it's squeaking like crazy, the more I drive it the louder the squeaking in the cab gets! They can't get me in for servicing truck with 19K miles, now it's squeaking like crazy, the more I drive it the louder the squeaking in the cab gets! They can't get me in for servicing until sixteen days from today. When I called today to set up the appointment, the guy hung up on me right after I said I had bought it there. The second guy I called transferred me to another guy was real snippy when I didn't realize I needed to follow their protocols. "Didn't he tell you why you were being transferred?" Anyway, if you want to deal with unprofessional, time-wasting nonsense, after buying a vehicle that squeaks and after reporting another issue earlier that needed lots of time, calls, and emails to fix, this is your place. Craig was awesome. I knew what I wanted and he made it happen. Even got extras installed. Finance could not have been easier. Kyle was the best. Review of My Recent Service Experience Yesterday I dropped my truck off at 7:00 AM for a safety recall, an oil change, and to have several ongoing glitches diagnosed that no one has been able to figur dropped my truck off at 7:00 AM for a safety recall, an oil change, and to have several ongoing glitches diagnosed that no one has been able to figure out so far. I was provided with an Uber ride home, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, that was the last smooth part of the experience. By 1:00 PM, I still hadn’t received a single update. No one mentioned at drop off that the service would take longer than a day. Around 2:00 PM, I called for an update, but the service line went straight to voicemail. I tried again—voicemail again. I left a message requesting an update on my truck. By 4:00 PM, I still hadn’t heard from anyone. This was especially frustrating because I work a second job and needed my vehicle to get to work by 6:00 PM. After getting off my full time job at 4:00 PM, I tried calling again. The service line went to voicemail yet again. I called the sales department, explained the situation, and asked if someone could help me reach the service team. The representative said he would transfer me to management, but that call went straight to a full voicemail box. At this point, I was completely frustrated. I called sales again and asked if someone could physically walk over to the service department before they closed to get an update. He agreed. Once there, he told me someone would contact me shortly and that my truck was “being moved to the front of the line.” This was at 4:10 PM. At 4:22 PM, I finally received a call saying my truck was done, they offered to wash it, and that they couldn’t duplicate the glitches I reported. Since there were no error codes and I couldn’t reproduce the issue on the spot, they said they couldn’t resolve it. I told them I’d arrive in about 45 minutes—around 5:00 PM—which should have left me enough time to get to my second job. I took the Uber they offered, arrived around 5:30 PM, and found my truck still being dried off. I didn’t get my keys until about 5:40 PM, leaving me only 20 minutes to make an 18 minute drive to work. On top of the service frustrations, I’m extremely disappointed with the depreciation situation. My truck was purchased at $48,000, and a quick estimate of its current value shows $35,000 to $38,000—a loss of over $10,000 in less than two years on a 2025 truck with only 11,000 miles. The $10,000 off MSRP at purchase didn’t just lower the cost—it also lowered the truck’s resale and trade in value, which is disheartening. Overall, the lack of communication, repeated voicemail dead ends, and the scramble to get my truck back in time made this an incredibly stressful experience. The service process and the vehicle’s depreciation have left me very dissatisfied. More
