Apparently my time is not valuable. My scheduled appointment time to wait for my vehicle was 8 am, my vehicle didn't even go into the shop until 9. Sold me a great car, but the process was infuriating. Very predatory sales tactics. The manager specifically became very rude to me and my family and I almost reversed my decision on the vehicle. Buying a car is a multi-thousand dollar decision. I felt extremely pressured to get the car off your lot; I was buying an R-Title and had a lot to consider. The manager all but refused to honor the conditions of my deposit, where he threatened to sell the car to someone else outside of the decision window we discussed. I also found minor cosmetic issues (including a major stain on the interior lining) on the car that I had to personally point out to the salesman, and the manger refused to renegotiate. The finance team also tried to sell me a very unreasonable and costly maintenance program while we were being recorded on camera. It was so strange. Again, great car otherwise. But I felt like I was being interrogated. Calm down. I’m just a human trying to buy a car. I understand you need to make a sale, and you had “lots of callers,” but this is not the way to get a lifelong customer. More

The issues were more than just Bait & Switch...it was a total lack of Trust and Confidence with the people with whom I came in contact. None of which were found to be friendly or truthful. Faulkner needs to "Clean House" and eliminate the unethical and possibly illegal practices of the Sales Department. More
