Bait & Switch and all the Trimmings Having been buying Jeeps for the past forty-six years, and currently the owner of three...The Faulkner Experience was the most humiliating, degrading and frustrating I Jeeps for the past forty-six years, and currently the owner of three...The Faulkner Experience was the most humiliating, degrading and frustrating I have encountered. The issues were more than just Bait & Switch...it was a total lack of Trust and Confidence with the people with whom I came in contact. None of which were found to be friendly or truthful. Faulkner needs to "Clean House" and eliminate the unethical and possibly illegal practices of the Sales Department. More
