I originally contacted Johnathon through the online service and h The whole staff was professional and went above and beyond during the whole process. I originally contacted Johnathon through the online service and he went over my concerns of purchasing a vehicle out of state. It turns out the process was really simple so I came in to look at my dream car. When I got there it was parked up front and I was greeted by Howard who went over the car from top to bottom with me. After the test drive he took me to the service department to show me around and answer any questions that we had about the mechanical aspects. I appreciated the fact that he took the time out to do this instead of making something up or simply saying he didn't know the answer. When it came down to the "negotiating" aspect, we quickly came to a number that was reasonable and fair. Jordan pulled all the numbers for me and gave me a great deal. He also went over the warranties and extended warranties and helped me to understand them fully. Overall this was the most painless and enjoyable car buying experience that I have ever had. After the deal was done Howard didn't just let me drive off the lot and figure out the navigation and features myself. He actually took the time out to go over everything in the car! Best New Car Buying Experience yet! The experience was so stress free. My daughter Amber wanted to buy a 2015 Hyundai Elantra Limited with the Ultimate package in Pearl White. We found i The experience was so stress free. My daughter Amber wanted to buy a 2015 Hyundai Elantra Limited with the Ultimate package in Pearl White. We found it online at Faulkner Hyundai of Philadelphia. She made an appointment to see it and I accompanied her to protect her. When we arrived, the car was out front. Amber's salesman, Howard, came to greet us, and quickly brought out the keys. We looked around, and he showed us the trunk space and the engine. He pointed out the features of the car and let Amber take the car for a test drive. After the test drive, I had some questions about changing headlights, so he took us to the service department where my questions were answered,. Next came the dreaded negotiations. Howard gave us a price. Amber did her homework. We had a price. Howard came back and gave us the price we asked for. NO HAGGLE, NO STRESS. Jordan worked on the financing. He got Amber a fair interest rate and we agreed to buy the car. Some issues with documents from MV and Insurance (no fault of Faulkner) caused us to come back the following day. When we got there, Jordan was ready for us. He went over the Hyundai warranty, and we opted for the added warranties offered for piece of mind, and I feel a fair price. I have been part of purchasing 9 Hyundai cars, and this is the first time that someone took the time to really explain the warranty. After the paperwork was done, Howard took the time to sit in the car with Amber and go over all the features in the car. Overall, I was very pleased with the experience, the best car buying experience yet. They say that Faulkner is a family owned dealership, and we felt like we were treated like family.
