Efficient, friendly and reliable I brought an Equus in for warranty work. I chose not to use the concierge service. A loaner Sonata was ready for me when I got there and I was able to I brought an Equus in for warranty work. I chose not to use the concierge service. A loaner Sonata was ready for me when I got there and I was able to keep the loaner overnight. I again chose not to use concierge to pick up my vehicle because I wanted to be able to ask questions regarding use of the voice activation features.
