I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the service provided by Faulkner Hyundai's Service Center. My recent experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share the service provided by Faulkner Hyundai's Service Center. My recent experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share it. Firstly, I must highlight the abysmal customer service skills demonstrated by Steven McNeil, my supposed "service adviser." His condescending tone during our interactions was both unprofessional and demeaning. I cannot help but wonder if his behavior was influenced by my gender, as he did not extend the same treatment to my husband when discussing the same matter. Moreover, my car was at the service center for a month for warranty work, during which I experienced a slew of issues. Obtaining a loaner vehicle took over two weeks, and I was provided with minimal information regarding the status of my car. To make matters worse, I received an abrupt text stating that my car was ready without any prior notice, along with a demand to return the loaner immediately. Attempts to coordinate the return were hindered by false information about the service center's hours of operation. Shockingly, multiple calls throughout the day went unanswered by any service personnel. When forced to confront Mr. McNeil, he made unnecessary comments and, when challenged, threatened to report the car stolen – a threat executed after only two days of attempting to return the vehicle. Upon retrieving my car, it failed to start, a condition inconceivable when I initially dropped it off. Faulkner Hyundai blamed me for rejecting a lengthy list of repairs on a relatively new car with low mileage. A subsequent inspection by my trusted mechanic revealed that the warrant work was incomplete, and further damage had been caused by a loose timing chain, a problem created by Faulkner Hyundai. While attempting to rectify the situation, the manager, Mike, has offered to address the damages but unjustly refused a loaner, falsely claiming that I held onto the previous one for over a week – a statement disproven by text messages confirming only two days. This entire ordeal has been a colossal disappointment and a reflection of Faulkner Hyundai's lack of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. Regrettably, after leasing and purchasing multiple vehicles from your dealership, my family and I have decided to sever our association with Faulkner Hyundai. This experience has tarnished our view of your establishment, and we will actively dissuade others from engaging in business with Faulkner Hyundai. More
Dropped my 2018 Sonata off for a paint claim and was told it was done and to pick it up. When I arrived , I looked at the car and there was nothing done to it. The service rep said he didn't look at it befor it was done and to pick it up. When I arrived , I looked at the car and there was nothing done to it. The service rep said he didn't look at it before he called me. He apologized and said he would take care of it the next day and have the work completed asap. This is totally unacceptable customer service. I would never recommend this dealership going forward. More
I reserved a car 2 mo ago and kept in constant contact with my salesperson John Concha. I checked in daily before, on, and after the delivery date for updates. After it delivered the only response I got from John was telling me that it sold. Poor business ethics. I had the car reserved. Ran my credit etc. only to be told it was sold out from under me. We had an agreement of sale, but they weren’t willing to honor it. More
I have used this dealership many times for service.I've I have used this dealership many times for service. I've gotten: 1. Sloppy paint that spilled onto other parts of the car 2. Incorrect replacement parts that were billed as OEM and obviously not (i can remove them and see the labels. Likely a scam for billing Hyundai. I don't even care if they were good aftermarket parts, but they're not) 3. Completely incorrect repairs that did not even address what i actually wanted to fix. I'm not even a difficult customer, i just shutup because I'm too lazy to go out to a different dealer and sometimes fix this stuff myself, or force them to fix it. Every single time I try and point out the issues they literally try and gaslight me and tell me I am seeing things, when I'm pointing out "here, there is a two inch gap on this panelling" with three fingers stuck in the door gap. I actually didn’t even get a chance to bring my Hyundai to the dealer to get serviced for a recall. I scheduled the appointment and, I had some questions, and I’m assuming that the service representative w to the dealer to get serviced for a recall. I scheduled the appointment and, I had some questions, and I’m assuming that the service representative who I spoke to was not used to being asked to many questions. anyways she wrote in the appointment memo that I was difficult and to the service department good luck, and she also sent me the confirmation email memo. That’s so unprofessional. This is how I was appreciated as a new costumer. I’d rather go to another location where I can be treated with professionalism. More

I SAT IN THE WAITING ROOM AROUND AN HOUR AND A I HAD AN INSPECTION/EMISSIONS APPOINTMENT AT 10AM. I WAS GREETED WARMLY. MY INFO WAS TAKEN QUICKLY. I SAT IN THE WAITING ROOM AROUND AN HOUR AND A HALF. SERVICE WAS COMPLETED. MY NOTICE/COUPON WAS GIVEN, THE BILL WAS ADJUSTED. THE SERVICE WAS COMPLETED. I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH FAULKNER. More
