We contacted them previously to discuss what we were looking for in our ne We went to Faulkner Hyundai since the leases on our Santa Fe's was ending. We contacted them previously to discuss what we were looking for in our new vehicles and the budget we were working with. When we arrived they had 5 vehicles for us to see that matched our needs. Each vehicle had exactly what we were looking for so the decision came down to what colors we wanted. In a couple of hours the papers were signed and we drove off the lot in 2 brand new cars. The cars were delivered to us clean and with a tank full of gas. There were no hassles and the paperwork was done in a timely manner. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and professional. We did not meet with anyone in the service department as we are familiar with them from having our previous vehicles serviced there. More
