It is easy to gouge and to play the game of changing even your own company name As of most big businesses these days the little guy is long-forgotten. It is easy to gouge and to play the game of changing even your own company name because they know no one will fight for you over a couple hundred dollars. Make sure you read the fine print if you decide to buy, and I mean everything. They are willing to lose the possible sale on two more vehicles over these bogus fees, to the tune of you don't have to buy again. I regret doing business with Hyundai / Kia Or Kia / Hyundai with all my sincerity. No help from the car company, no help from the dealer because as I was told we have lawyers for that. Good luck buyer beware. More

Not a happy person with this Company. About 5 years to almost 6 years this company sold me and my husband a used car that had a problem and almost got a hurt or killed in the car. There was a problem in the engine that caused the car to shut bone on I-95 coming home from having diner, my husband did get it off the road before we got hurt. We had to use our wedding money to pay to get it fixed for us to use the car again. It was almost $300 that we didn't have so we couldn't get to go on a honeymoon because of it. I just got my passenger back door fixed and was told that there was a recall on it and we was not notified on it so we could bring it in to get fixed. The service in there was ok but not notifing us and for not fixing the piece for free because it was only three days after taking the vehicle off the lot. More
