I was never rushed or mislead. I was never pressured into anything I didn't want. Instead, I was treated with respect. A special thanks to my sales person, Alanna Casey. While I was taking a few days considering my options, Alanna sent a postcard to thank me for considering Faulkner Hyundai. Not only was she courteous, she was informative and prompt. Any questions I had while I took a few days to consider my options, she never once made me feel unimportant. Alanna Casey is the definition of a true professional. Additionally, I worked with Steve Buchanan regarding all of the finance information. He explained everything clearly and accurately, NEVER misleading me or pushing me in any direction. My time spent with Mr. Buchanan was informative as I learned quite a bit of information regarding anything financially related. Lastly, I'd like to thank Mr. Marjarum. Even though we didn't spend much time together, he worked fast and effectively to get me what I wanted for the budget I had.
