I can't state enough how comforting it was to see a dealership and it's staff willing to work with a customer on his terms. Out of the gate, Faulkner delivered the best price in the area, and I never felt pressured in any sense. They honored the quoted price and the in person closing was quick and painless. They did what other dealerships said couldn't be done on the same vehicle. John C was always a pleasure to deal with directly. There was a minor issue with the vehicle right after purchase as well as a mixup when ordering an accessory but they made up for it completely, in my book, going above and beyond to make sure I was set in the brief down time. I was never rushed or mislead. I was never pressured into anything I didn't want. Instead, I was treated with respect. A special thanks to my sales person, Alanna Casey. While I was taking a few days considering my options, Alanna sent a postcard to thank me for considering Faulkner Hyundai. Not only was she courteous, she was informative and prompt. Any questions I had while I took a few days to consider my options, she never once made me feel unimportant. Alanna Casey is the definition of a true professional. Additionally, I worked with Steve Buchanan regarding all of the finance information. He explained everything clearly and accurately, NEVER misleading me or pushing me in any direction. My time spent with Mr. Buchanan was informative as I learned quite a bit of information regarding anything financially related. Lastly, I'd like to thank Mr. Marjarum.
