Efficient, friendly and reliable I brought an Equus in for warranty work. I chose not to use the concierge service. A loaner Sonata was ready for me when I got there and I was able to I brought an Equus in for warranty work. I chose not to use the concierge service. A loaner Sonata was ready for me when I got there and I was able to keep the loaner overnight. I again chose not to use concierge to pick up my vehicle because I wanted to be able to ask questions regarding use of the voice activation features. The repairs seemed to work fine and my car was washed, with tank full upon pick up. Excellent service and everyone is really, really nice. Dolly L. More
