The sales department is fantastic. But the service department here will nickel and dime you. They are not thorough in their inspections and will replace recalled parts with the same But the service department here will nickel and dime you. I sold them back my paid off vehicle and got a new one else where after the 3rd time this happened. The service managers will say they will call you back and never do. When I went to pick up my car the last time before I sold it I called in and said I would be there after 5 but before closing at 7. The tech said no problem I will leave the keys with the lady at the checkout desk. Guess what happened when I got there? My keys were infact not left with the lady at the checkout desk. The lady at checkout couldn’t get a hold of the tech to ask him where they were so I ended up having to walk the lot and asked a mechanic in the shop to locate them for me. They really don’t do anything for a good customer experience… I never will buy a VW, or a Faulkner for that matter, again. More

I’d give Faulkner VW zero stars if I could. Then the car broke down the next day! Over the next 4 months, I experienced the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. It took 3 months and 2 attempts to fix my car, meanwhile I was driving a builder-grade Jetta while paying for a high end Tiguan. When I asked to speak to the GM after my second service visit, the staff told me they didn’t know where he was and offered me no contact info. When I found his email myself and tried to contact him, he didn’t respond for an entire month (and 3 follow up emails). Terrible communication, staff that can’t answer basic questions, policies designed to cost you time and money. The absolute worst dealership I’ve ever seen. Avoid at all cost! More

The certified pre owned car was decently priced. They said, after I bought it they only had 1 key and that's all they gave me. Though it was for sale online for 14 days, when I got home it had lots They said, after I bought it they only had 1 key and that's all they gave me. Though it was for sale online for 14 days, when I got home it had lots of trash in the glover box, some in the center console. I was told when I called they just didn't have time to detail it yet. So if I didn't call I would have never gotten my "new to me" car cleaned from their dealership. I had to buy a second key fob which they sold me at a discount for just under $300. The one door had gunk on it, I started rubbing it off and it revealed paint chips, what looks like rust spots, it was pretty bad. When buying it, they said it was just "water spots" but it was cold out when we purchased it so didn't get a good look. Overall, since the minute I walked in, dealing with them was a miserable experience so we won't ever buy from them or another Faulkner dealership. Not to go into everything, but I walked in said I want to look at these 3 exact vehicles. My salesman said we had to go through a form first. So he kept asking me questions I didn't care about. What color do you want? What color car would your kids want? What drive train? Etc responded to every question with I don't care, I just want to see the 3 I want to see. After a while he left to find a key, he pulled up one of the vehicles I wanted to test drive. He was lucky it was our main one we wanted to see or we would have left. I saw 1 of the other two I wanted. The third he didn't even try to find. Overall it took about 45 minutes from the time I walked in till I got to see one of the vehicles I wanted to. If you can find a vehicle close to what you want elsewhere RUN to them. If you have time to waste, don't care about if they are just trying to sell you a car at all costs, it might be the place for you. More
