My fiance and I were in a tight spot. We had leased a car that we really loved, and found out we were pregnant a month after. We needed a much different vehicle at a much different price. The negative equity we owed was outrageous and we ran out of options fast. Ian and Monique did they best they could to help us. Our payment was lowered by about $40 and we got the space we needed. We didn't end up with a perfect scenario, but it could have been worse. Looking forward to dealing with Ian in the future. More

My CVM experience was INCREDIBLE and the service was leaps and bounds abo business which prides itself in premier customer service and satisfaction. My CVM experience was INCREDIBLE and the service was leaps and bounds above automotive dealerships I have dealt with in the past. My sales consultant, Mark Heverling, was and continues to be a valuable resource in my switch to a Jetta TDI. Mr. Heverling walked me through the various features and luxuries of my new ride and helped me to sync my devices. I can fully attest to the fact that my customer satisfaction is through the roof. Monique Ullom should be proud of Team CVM. Her staff is polite, pleasant, and brings a smile to the customers face. They really do provide 'more smiles per mile.' I could not be more happy with my classy white Jetta TDI! More

But, buyer beware - the financing department will keep trying to get more money out of you to the point where this dealership still owes me $50 all? The service at CVM was excellent! I worked with Zack Beishline, who was very friendly without being overbearing and was extraordinarily helpful in finding me a car to suit my needs. PARTS STOLEN OR LOST OFF CAR, PARTS INSTALLED IMPROPERLY OR NOT INSTALLED AT ALL, DAMAGED CAR AND CALLED A LIAR WHEN I CONFRONTED THEM ABOUT DAMAGES TO MY CAR!!!!! Completely disgusted with how my vehicl OR NOT INSTALLED AT ALL, DAMAGED CAR AND CALLED A LIAR WHEN I CONFRONTED THEM ABOUT DAMAGES TO MY CAR!!!!! Completely disgusted with how my vehicle and myself were treated. No matter how well you take care of your car and how well you know your car, they know your car better than you and will flat out call you a liar if you approach them about damages they've caused to your car. This place has THE WORST customer service of any auto dealer I have had the displeasure of working with. Should've pulled my car(which was there for 2+ months and I got a rental car for 2 days) from their service department when techs at several other dealers told me what crap work they do. Their service department of Dan Taylor, Doug Smith and General Manager Mike Page are the dream team of suck. If I were going to start a company with a goal of having horrendous customer service, I would hire them as dumbies #1, 2 and 3. I repeat, TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH CVM!!!!!!!! If you have no other choice and have to go there, protect yourself. Take pictures of every square inch of your car and be prepared to fight them tooth and nail(They threatened a libel suit on me if I wrote this) if they damage your car too. -Took 2+ months to finish my car and gave me a rental for 2 days -Damaged car prior to return -left car out in rain with windows down -did not re-install parts on car that were on it prior to dropping it off for service -completely left parts off of car when it was returned -lost or stole or allowed parts to be stolen from car while it was there for 2+months -Terrible service -Terrible customer service -Terrible managerial staff I wish had I two extra hands so I could give this place four thumbs down. ....This is in no way meant to scare people away.....it is simply a written review of my experience with CVM. If you decide not to go there based upon my experience, then that is a decision you have come to on your own. My experience is presented in 100% honesty and only meant to represent what could be your experience with them as well. ---------------NOT ONE WORD OF MONIQUE ULLOM'S RESPONSE IS TRUTH!!!! SHE CLEARLY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT HER CUSTOMERS WHEN SHE ACCUSES THEM OF ABUSING THEIR OWN VEHICLES AND THEN THREATENS THEM WITH LAWSUITS, CALLS THEM LIARS AND EXTORTIONISTS AND WRITES COMPLETELY FALSE AND INACCURATE RESPONSES TO 100% HONEST REVIEWS THAT HER CUSTOMERS WRITE. I was out of state so they knew i wouldn't be returning for service and still took care of me very well. would definitely recommend them for a car. Tom Hoffman was very knowledgeable about all the Subarus we looked at on the lot. He was patient with all our questions and actually a fun guy to work with.
