I just purchased a brand new 21st Century Beetle from the nicest dealer I have ever done business. I wanted a new Beetle because I am passionate about Beetles and Volkswagen. This will be my 4th Beetle Bug nicest dealer I have ever done business. I wanted a new Beetle because I am passionate about Beetles and Volkswagen. This will be my 4th Beetle Bug since 1999 and I am thrilled with the experience I had at CVM. I moved here 2 years ago and began going to them for service on a friend's recommendation and I am so happy I did. The esrvice is impeccable and I have always been treated fairly and everything has been explained to me so that I can understand it. I told my service advisor to call me as soon as a new Beetle came in and she did the day it arrived at the dealership! I came to see it when it was still wrapped in plastic and came back the next day to drive it. Wow! It was incredible so we found one of their incoming cars that would fit my needs and now I am happily driving the coolest vehicle on the road. Everyone at CVM was always so friendly and accomodating and the General Manager, Mike, went out of his way to find me some of the accessories I wanted. Becky & Ryan in sales were tops and Tom the finance guy was friendly and non threatening or pushy. I am very happy with my deal and the dealership.
